PSL-6 Postponed Due To Increasing The Cases Of Corona In Players
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has postponed the league starting February 20 due to increasing cases of corona virus in PSL-6.
After a virtual meeting between the PCB and the team owners. The Pakistan Cricket Board announced the immediate postponement of the Pakistan Super League-6. The PCB will now immediately take steps to facilitate PCR testing, corona vaccine and isolation of all 6 team participants.
It was also informed that it was decided to postpone the league after 7 Corona cases came to light.
Earlier, a statement issued by the Pakistan Cricket Board said that the corona test report of 3 more players of 2 teams of PSL 6 came positive. After which these three players will remain in isolation for 10 days.
The PCB had said that the three players did not participate in PSL 6 matches on Wednesday. And all three players tested yesterday afternoon after showing symptoms. On March 2, the PCB said that the corona tests of three more players involved in the event came back positive. However, all matches will be on schedule.

PCB Director Media Department Samiul Hassan Burney had said. That 244 PCR tests were done after Fawad Ahmed’s Corona test of Islamabad United came positive. Out of which 3 results were positive.
He said that 2 foreign players and a local sporting staff among those who tested positive. Earlier, before the match between Islamabad United and Quetta Gladiators in PSL on March 1. United’s Fawad Ahmed’s Corona Test came positive and therefore the match had postponed.
Pakistan National players express regret
National cricketers also looked saddened by the postponement of PSL. They are expressing his feelings on social media. Mohammad Hafeez termed it as sad news and prayed for the safety of his fans from Corona. Hassan Ali, the fast bowler of the national team, tweeted, “PSL has taken notice. Shadab Khan tweeted something similar.
