He played 23 years cricket for India. He thanks to India and all his fans who support him. I got what ever I thought from to have my career.

According to Indian media, off-spinner Harbhajan Singh has announced the end of his 23-year cricket career. Harbhajan Singh, who has proved his mettle in all formats of cricket, has retired from all three formats.

In his message on social networking site Twitter, Harbhajan wrote that “all good things come to an end. Today, I am announcing my retirement from the sport that has given me everything in my 23 year career, thank you all”.

Harbhajan Singh made his international debut in 1998 against Australia at the age of 17. He took 417 wickets in 103 Tests, 269 wickets in 236 ODIs and 25 wickets in 28 T20I matches.

Announcing his retirement on YouTube, Spinner said in a sad tone that in practice I had retired long ago and now I have just made a formal announcement.

Last Match of His Career

It is to be noted that Harbhajan Singh played his last match against UAE in Dhaka in March 2016, after which he continued to play for Calcutta Raiders in the IPL but did not get a place in the national team.
